Contact and communication<\/strong><\/p>

1. contact only through messages on WhatsApp.<\/p>

– I do not take phone calls without an appointment.<\/p>

– If the matter is urgent, write “IMPORTANT” in the title of the message.<\/p>

2. I respond to messages once a week, usually on Mondays.<\/p>

– Exceptions are urgent situations marked “IMPORTANT”.<\/p>

Packages and consultations<\/strong><\/p>

1. unsupported packages include only training.<\/p>

– For this package, I do not anticipate consultation.<\/p>

2. comments and feedback on training are welcome.<\/p>

– Share how you feel, what was easy and what was difficult – this helps tailor the plan to your needs.<\/p>

3. 12-week metamorphosis:<\/p>

– Constant contact as much as possible, with regular consultations every week.<\/p>

– Consultations include discussion of progress, difficulties and possible improvements.<\/p>

– Remember that I am a man and I have a family – I respond to messages as quickly as I can.<\/p>

Resignations and changes<\/strong><\/p>

1 No refunds for unused trainings or consultations.<\/p>

– If you don’t show up for training or don’t follow the plan, that is your decision.<\/p>

2 Random Situations:<\/p>

– In case of injury or other problems in life – let me know. I always try to find a solution and understand the situation. <\/p>

3 Changes on my part:<\/p>

– If for some reason I can not make the training or consultation, you will be informed and the date will be rescheduled to a convenient time.<\/p>

Running workouts<\/strong><\/p>

1. training plan set for 4 or 8 weeks.<\/p>

– Progress is monitored on an ongoing basis, with adjustments possible.<\/p>

Your commitment and regularity are the key to success. We work together on your goals, but remember – results depend on your determination and regularity. If questions, problems or concerns arise, let me know within the set rules of communication. <\/p>
